Thank you for your interest in Elsevier reprints. The quotes we provide are always for black & white reprints; for color reprints, additional fees will apply. These quotes are in US Dollars and are valid for 30 days. Shipping costs are included. Applicable taxes are additional.

To place an order, please attach the original quotes and provide complete billing and shipping details. Once confirmed, orders will ship to deliver in 21 business days from the day the proofs, if required, have been approved or from the day of confirmation. Expedited delivery service is available for a premium.

Proofs will be provided for customized reprints and will be sent in 7 working days for standard delivery and in 3 days when the order is expedited. Proofs must be approved in 3 days to ensure delivery in 21 business days for standard shipping. For rush orders, proofs must be approved in 24 hours or less.

For ease of handling and distribution, reprint orders can be shrinkwrapped in varying quantities, depending on client needs. Please ask your Sales Rep for quotes.

Elsevier will honor cancellation of reprint orders within 5-days from the day the order is placed / confirmed provided the order is not yet in production. After proofs are approved and production has begun, orders are not cancellable and will be billed at the quoted amount less any shipping and handling charge that was included in the original quote. If an order is cancelled beyond the 5-day period but before production has begun, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order will be charged.

The reprints we provide are protected by copyright and no reproductions electronically or in hard copies are permitted, unless there we have provided a written consent.
